BNS provides PBX, voicemail, and server management services which include overseeing, configuring, and supporting an organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system. We also maintain your network by performing the necessary maintenance to support the availability and functionality of the network’s hardware (routers, switches etc) and monitoring the network’s performance (traffic, bandwidth, capacity).
This is the scope of our services:
- Manage and monitor AVAYA PBX, Voice Mail and ACD systems.
- Provide technical documentation on voice infrastructure and telecommunications-related procedures.
- Management of the alarm and data backup support
- Support the maintenance of fax server monitoring, management and reporting
- Handle software upgrades and hardware installations; manages purchasing and licensing activities
